What are your standard shipping & handling rates?

We ship via UPS and USPS. Your rate will be automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as its destination.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

What is your returns & exchanges policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Please email hello@plantwizard.design if you intend to initiate a return. We do not provide return shipping labels. All items are considered final 30 days after delivery.

Kindly return the item(s) in the same condition you received them.

When a return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days once we have received your return to see the refund reflected on your statement.
